Banana Chips are processed from the Saba banana, which is only found in the Philippines. Several other countries have tried, without success, to process Banana Chips from a vast variety of bananas. Besides regular banana chips, we have introduced enhanced flavor and specification cut bananas to the baking, cereal and snack food industries.
