BRAZIL NUTS

 |
Brazil Nuts come from deep within the rainforests of Brazil, Bolivia
and Peru. The fact that they are grown on trees as high as 100 feet
explains why the collectors who go into the jungle to gather the
Brazils wear helmets. In the shell, packed in a pod, they come together
like sections in a grapefruit. Brazil Nuts are primarily used in
mixed nuts and in confectionery, especially in the United Kingdom.
