Currently, J. F. Braun is an importer of Turkish Pistachios, both inshell and shelled. We also carry a large assortment of California Pistachios. Turkish Pistachios are widely considered in the industry as the more flavorful, although the California Pistachio, appearance wise, is preferred. Turkish inshell and California inshell, roasted and salted Pistachios are widely used by baggers and retailers throughout the U.S. Shelled Pistachios are widely used throughout the U.S. in the baking, confectionery and the ice cream industry.
