Macadamia Nuts

White, creamy nuts that are a favorite in cookies and desserts.

Macadamia nuts are native to Australia and Indonesia. They were only recently discovered in 1828, and are the only food native to Australia that is produced and exported in any significant quantity. Macadamia nuts were also extensively planted as a commercial crop in Hawaii, where they became established internationally. We source our nuts from Australia, Brazil, Kenya, Malawi and South Africa. Macadamias contain the highest amount of beneficial fats of any known nuts as well as numerous vitamins and minerals. They are commonly sold as snacks, chocolate-covered candy, or used as an ingredient in baking, ice cream production and confections.
